riding again
finally got to ride my bike today :) first time since my reconstructive (PS) surgery and debridment, and let me tell you, i'm outofshape, big time! i can all ready feel my ab muscles aching... hope tomorrow it isn't worse cuz i'm going riding again... have to build up my...
