           On the Cutout Window:

           Vertical Offset: = 2
           Horizontal Offset: = 2
           Opacity: = 78
           Blur: = 6
           Shadow Color: = #000000
           Fill Interior with Color = Unchecked
           Interior Color: = N/A

           Do NOT deselect
