a. Deselect   

     1) Click Selections > Select None

b. Click on the Magic Wand   

     1) On the Tool Option Box:

           Match Mode = RGB Value
           Tolerance = 0
           Feather = 0
           Sample Merged = Unchecked

     2) Holding down the Shift key, left click inside
           every line segment.  Zooming in makes
           it easier to position cursor.
